Credifranco, a personal short-term loan start-up, launched in México in 2018. To support Credifranco’s launch, 45/RPM worked alongside its founders to create a strong identity and positioning for the Méxican market. Developing a financially savvy culture and changing consumer minds around their relationship to money and lending - how they spend it, how they save, who they trust - was key to making Credifranco the go-to place for financial literacy and alternative lending.

Credifranco brand is more than just a logo. It is a visual language made up of many parts working cohesively to convey the core of what Credifranco is and what they stand for.

BRAND GUIDELINES

PALETTE

To give the brand a strong recognition, we used a reduced palette that featured just two colors.

IMAGERY

We used imagery that containing strong personality, smart use of color, and a fearless approach to including elements that interact with the image.

UNIQUE VALUE PROPOSITION

We developed a series of badges that user's earned along their journey to become financially literate. The badges were intentionally designed with a gamification aspect to encourage the user’s growth and engagement with the app.

The concept was to create illustrations in a welcoming and friendly style to combat the negative connotations associated with banks and loan institutions.
