Nando's PERi-PERi, a global fast-casual restaurant chain, had a website that was difficult to manage, performed poorly and had an awkward customer experience. The UX for both Nando's, as they managed the website, and their customers needed improvement. 45/RPM was asked to improve the website's overall online experience. That included making restaurants easier to find on desktop and mobile, improving online ordering and catering to make those functions more intuitive, and building an overall mobile-friendly and customer-centric experience.
