Who we are is as important as what we do.
What do you get when you combine a DJ, motorcyclist, horseback rider, Spaniard, gamer, and concert snob? You get us. We are chicken and waffles. Silent discos. Chocolate-covered bacon. Individually we don't make a lot of sense, yet somehow we only make sense as a team. We've dubbed ourselves an agency of "misfits." And we wouldn't want to be misfits anywhere else but here.
Tim reads people better than books, which is good considering marketing is all about knowing what makes people tick. Tim has a profound passion for things that work as they should - which goes from effective digital marketing all the way to trash can liners. Everything we send to a client or release into the wild has had Tim’s seal of approval on it, delivering against our commitment to make our clients better and stronger marketers.
Holding true to his ideals, Tim started 45RPM because he was tired of seeing smart companies waste time and money on digital marketing that - you guessed it - doesn’t work. He made it his mission to build a digital agency filled with the best talent - people that bring their thinking and hard work to the agency every day. People committed to making digital marketing work for our customers.https://www.linkedin.com/in/tim-neill-5511142https://www.instagram.com/tjnindc/
If there are three things Nuria gets excited about in the office, they're dogs, chocolate, and good digital strategy. She is la estratega digital, helping clients develop a strategy to build a digital presence that is aligned with brand positioning and overall marketing strategy. What we love most about Nuria is how much she cares. While this means she worries about all the small things, it also means she reminds us to celebrate the small things too. She understand the needs, challenges, and goals of our clients and our own team — and what we can do to meet them. Though she can't pronounce her “th’s,” she can make a mean paella.https://www.linkedin.com/in/nuriamassohttps://www.instagram.com/nuriamasso/
Partner & ProducerWashington DC
Patrick is the man behind the lens. He sees the crack of light that hits just right, the shot so honest it doesn’t need words. He envisions the moving parts and characters of a story on-screen before they even begin to take form. Having spent the better part of 13 years in Los Angeles working in television, it’s safe to say he knows his way around a show. In the office, 10/10 times you will find him on the phone with clients or dreaming up new ideas for projects, which means we hear a lot of clapping and “AH-HAs” coming from his direction. Like most creatives, he often lives with his head in the clouds, but like all producers — he knows how to get the job done, and this is what makes Pat's work so interesting and compelling to viewers.https://www.linkedin.com/in/mcmanamee/https://www.instagram.com/mcmanamee/
If Nancy could give you the perfect image of where she comes from, she’d say cold Diet Dr. Peppers, clothes covered in horsehair, and slow molasses with toasted biscuits on Sunday morning. But she knew there was more beyond Snow Hill, NC, so she hung her saddle and bridle and headed North. Nancy brings a lot of things to the table at 45RPM. Aside from her shining personality, Nancy is an incredible writer that can slide us right out of our chairs into her newest reality. And if I had to guess it, I would say Nancy wrote this biography. Why, yes, I did.https://www.linkedin.com/in/nancyfobrienhttps://www.instagram.com/nance_inmypants/
Technical LeadWashington DC
Pablo fell in love with computers one day in the early 90s watching an episode of Batman: The Animated Series. He meets that whole “you’ll never work a day in your life if you love what you do” mentality. Although he can’t lift anything heavier than 25lbs, he’s still the strongest guy behind the keyboard. As the technical lead, Pablo codes, codes, and codes some more. He escaped from Mexico City (he says) and joined 45RPM because he wanted to work for a company that valued the experience of the people they hire to do the work (even if he is a developer).https://mx.linkedin.com/in/tapiapablo

Paco is one of those people you can’t look at and not smile. He’s 70 degree weather in December. A cold beer after mowing the lawn. The first swim of summer. Your favorite pair of jeans. As sensitive as he looks macho, he’s an all around family guy - in office and at home - always looking out for his team. When you come to him with a problem to solve, he makes it his own problem — not only working at it until it’s fixed, but making sure he understands it so it won’t happen again.https://www.linkedin.com/in/franciscoantonio/https://www.instagram.com/paco_i_am/
Noriko is who we all go to every time there is a question - she gets every part of what we do and, as a result, is the one who bridges DC to Mexico City. She might be the quietest person on a call or in a meeting, but rest assured her impact is huge. Not a programmer, but knows development. Not a designer, but knows creative. From strategy to SEO, advertising to analytics, Noriko just gets it. At first we struggled labeling her with one title because at the end of the day, she helps us all with a little bit of everything. That’s why she’s Producer. It’s what she does. She produces.https://www.linkedin.com/in/noriko-harada-martinez/https://www.instagram.com/norikoharada/

Creative DirectionMexico CDMX
Llorch is the feeling of riding your motorcycle down an open road as the city gets smaller and smaller behind you. He is salt in your hair, summer sun on your skin, grass beneath your feet. He’s only as present as the tires are to the asphalt. Llorch can’t be pinned down or labeled. Because as soon as he’s within grasp, he's somewhere else. As soon as he’s listened to one song - he’s on another genre. In the same way, he can't be a designer for long. He’s a creative. He draws inspiration from the world around him, not other designers or trends. He’s inspired from what he’s living, what he’s breathing. And he uses that to solve problems creatively and strategically. So when we do get him in front of a computer to design, you best believe it’s good. Damn, good.https://mx.linkedin.com/in/llorchdlphttps://www.instagram.com/llorchdlp/
So cute, you’ll want to pick her up and put her in your pocket. Coming in at 5 feet tall, she’s the smallest on the team, but hands down the fastest. Deb’s small size is no testament to her strength. Her keen eye and creative mind gives her the ability to bring ideas to life that are bigger and better than we could have envisioned ourselves. Beyond that, she’s not afraid of work. With more patience than we deserve, she works until the job is right. All of this is nice and all, but we love Deb for so many more reasons. Work with us, and you will too.https://mx.linkedin.com/in/deborah-guarneros-50140bb4https://www.instagram.com/debbiedarko/

Zozaya by day, DJ Abarjame by night. Like the rest of the team, Zo shares a passion for music, especially vinyl. Our token nightowl, Zozaya is the last to come in in the mornings, and always the last to leave. We never really know what he’s thinking (zo mysterious), but he always manages to deliver on that “woah, I love that” factor when it comes to designing the user experience.https://mx.linkedin.com/in/jorge-zozaya-101bab74/enhttps://www.instagram.com/yozozaya/
